Kinetica whey protein , When I first saw it I immediately noticed how well designed the logos on the packaging were, everything seems to go together very well. All the nutritional values are displayed clearly and easy to read on the back of the tub also. Overall first impressions of Kinetica whey protein are good ones.
Taste / Mixability
The taste of Kinetica whey protein is very good! One of the better tasting whey proteins I have ever tried. There is a wide variety of flavours to choose from also , the flavours available are , banana , mint chocolate, vanilla , chocolate , banoffee and strawberry. I think providing a wider spectrum of flavours to choose from is a much better idea than only bringing out the traditional chocolate , strawberry and vanilla. Now I was very impressed with the mixabilty of kinetca whey protein, I didn't find one lump at when I mixed one scoop of it with 200ml of water , this is a very good thing as one of the worst things to do is drink a lumpy protein shake!
Effectiveness
Now as this is a whey protein , you can't be expecting to put on massive amounts of size with it, but you can expect a whey protein that will help you tone up , recover and put on some decent muscle with it. Infact kinetica whey protein is probably one of the best quality whey proteins available on the market. With only 119 calories, total carbohydrate 2.3 g, 1.5 of that being sugar and still packing 21.5 grams of protein per scoop!
Price / Value
The price of kinetica whey protein is another good factor also! Average prices for a 2kg tub of whey protein nowadays fall between $40-$50 and the kinetica whey protein falls nicely in there at $46.99 for 2.27kg! In the 2.27kg tub of kinetica whey protein you will be getting approximately 80 servings , which works out at 1 shake costing you roughly 59 pence! Thats sounds like insanely good value to me!
